Watch Servicing Request

Repair Servicing

Our master technicians handle every kind of repair with care. We use high‑grade equipment to inspect and service your watch without ever sending it out. From batteries to full overhauls for mechanical, quartz, chronographs, and pocket watches, we cover it all—always with reliable service at fair prices.

COMPLETE OVERHAUL SERVICE

Mechanical watches work best with regular servicing. We can inspect, clean, lubricate, and repair the movement to keep it running smoothly after a full evaluation.

IN-HOUSE WARRANTY

By managing warranty repairs in-house, we solve issues quickly, reduce delays, and build customer trust in our service.

Frequently
asked questions

How should I ship my watch?

Please do not ship watches in original manufacturer packaging as they will not be returned. Original boxes make it difficult to track your watch through our facility and cannot be stored in our technician work areas.

How long will my repair take?

  • Estimate: Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to assess your watch and provide a repair estimate
  • Repair completion: Most repairs take 8-12 weeks after estimate approval
  • Simple services: Battery replacements and bracelet adjustments are completed within 3 business days (or same-day for in-person visits)

Can I get a status update on my repair?

Absolutely. We receive a high volume of watches daily, so we respond to status inquiries within 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as our technicians focus on the careful work your timepiece deserves.

Could my repair take longer?

Yes. Timelines can vary significantly based on parts availability. Vintage watches or those requiring overseas parts may take considerably longer, as some components must be specially ordered or handmade.
